Itaú has some of the most expensive rates and even so it doesn't work, an ATM with a deposit option for checks only, do me a favor, right?

ATM not working. If you make a deposit, it takes 2 days to clear and no one answers the phone.

The environment is good, it's air-conditioned, the staff are friendly, and all the ATMs are always working.
